Artwork Requirements & Specifications

Artwork for punchable keytags must be sent in a separate email to artwork@lynmar.com.

LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. accepts a variety of artwork formats via email. Simply attach your artwork to your email message and send it to us for review. We accept the following artwork files: Note: we are PC based and cannot view most Mac only based graphic files.

Electronic formats

• Encapsulated PostScript - .eps (PC or MAC)
• Adobe Illustrator® CS2 or lower - .ai (PC or Mac) - convert to outline
• Corel Draw® 12 or earlier .cdr (PC) - convert to curves
• Photoshop® CS2 ~ Version 9.0
• Tagged Image File Format - .tif (PC) or .tiff (MAC)

We also accept MS Publisher and Word Document files or you can fax your layout concept to 503-591-1708.

File sizes greater than 3 meg should be compressed. Large files can be sent on PC Zip disk. Zip disks will be returned.

MAC Users: Please compress and send a ZIP or Stuffit file.

PC Users: Please compress and send a WinZip file.

Please be sure to attach your file(s) to your email message before sending. Send your artwork file to artwork@lynmar.com. Be sure to include your name, phone number and what program the artwork was created in.

Logos:  Most company logos can be printed for FREE if camera ready artwork is sent.  Logos can be made camera ready for $20.00.  Please email logo to artwork@lynmar.com.  Small jpgs or gif files from websites are NOT camera ready artwork.
